Terms of Service

1. Accounts & Bookings

You must be 18+ to create an account independently. Minors under 13 may only use the Service if the participating tennis club has obtained verifiable parental consent in accordance with COPPA.

Bookings are requests subject to club approval. courtOS is a software provider; each club sets its own rules, pricing, and cancellation policies. We are not responsible for disputes between you and the club regarding payments, cancellations, or availability.

2. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waivers

Tennis and sports involve inherent physical risks. courtOS assumes no liability for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur at the club. By booking a court, you agree that you may be required to sign a liability waiver provided by the club, and that the club—not courtOS—is solely responsible for your safety and facility conditions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false booking information, spam clubs, or abuse the booking system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING MISSED BOOKINGS OR PERSONAL INJURY.

5. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Any disputes with courtOS shall be settled by binding arbitration under AAA rules in Delaware. Class actions are strictly prohibited.
