SVA Products, LLC (dba courtOS) operates a platform for tennis clubs and players. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the player booking app.
1. What We Collect
- Account Info: Name, email, and password.
- Booking Data: Your reservations, court times, and related details.
- Usage Data: Device info, IP address, and app usage analytics.
2. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
If you are under 13, you may not use this app without verifiable parental consent provided directly to the tennis club. Club operators are responsible for obtaining and verifying this consent before adding minors to their rosters.
3. How We Use & Share Data
We use your data to process bookings, manage your account, and send service emails (like booking confirmations). We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models for other customers.
Your data is shared with the tennis club you book with, as well as essential service providers (e.g., Supabase for authentication) that help operate the platform.
4. Your Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on your location, you have the right to know what data we collect, and request to correct, delete, or export your personal information. You can also opt-out of data "sharing" (such as analytics). To submit a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR), email us.
5. Security & Cookies
We use standard security measures to protect your data. We use essential cookies for keeping you logged in, and basic analytics to improve the app.
